About the Role
Are you an ambitious Account Executive or Senior Account Executive looking for an impactful 12-month fixed-term contract? We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to a significant, high-value medical communications account focused on a complex and challenging therapeutic area. You will play a pivotal role in supporting a full-service medical education and communications programme for a key client in a significant therapeutic area. This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in the end-to-end delivery of diverse projects, including:
- Digital initiatives: Websites, e-learning modules, interactive tools
- Social media strategies: Content development and community engagement
- Scientific events: Advisory boards, symposia, congress activities
Key responsibilities will include client liaison, project coordination, budget tracking, timeline management, and supporting the wider account team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. This 12-month FTC offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile account, contribute to meaningful healthcare initiatives, and develop your skills within a supportive and collaborative creative agency environment. What Youβll Need
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive within a medical communications or healthcare agency.
- A solid understanding of the medical communications landscape and agency processes.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities, comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital and social media strategies within a healthcare context is a strong advantage.
- A passion for science and making a tangible difference in patient care.
