About the Role
Do you love seeing a plan come to life, from initial concept through to flawless execution? We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join Ogilvy Health, focusing on the seamless delivery of a full suite of promotional materials across one of our large, dynamic global accounts. In this pivotal role, you will be the 'glue' that binds our projects together, ensuring everything runs smoothly from brief to completion.
What You'll Do
- Orchestrating Project Delivery: Steering complex projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Internal Collaboration Champion: Acting as the primary coordinator between our diverse internal teams (creative, strategy, editorial, technical) and third-party suppliers, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving forward effectively.
- Facilitating Client & Supplier Communication: Serving as the day-to-day contact for clients and suppliers on individual project deliverables, managing expectations and fostering productive partnerships.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identifying potential roadblocks and developing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Quality & Standards Guardian: Ensuring all project outputs meet the exceptional quality standards expected by Ogilvy Health and our clients.
- Process & Efficiency Driver: Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the team.
About You
We're looking for someone who excels at juggling priorities and getting things done. While a formal project management qualification is a plus, we value practical experience and a proactive mindset above all.
- Proven Experience: Ideally, you’ll have gained experience working in a networked agency, specifically within healthcare, at a global level.
- HCP Promotional Expertise: Hands-on experience working on promotional campaign materials targeted at Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) is essential.
- Project Mindset: Solid understanding and practical application of project management fundamentals throughout the full project lifecycle – balancing time, budget, scope, and ambition.
- Comfort with Complexity: Confident operating within a large agency environment, comfortable with the demands of global, multinational clients.
- Team Player: Excellent people skills to foster a collaborative team culture and effectively manage multiple internal and external teams.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding the commercial implications of project decisions and contributing to profitable delivery.
