About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and deliver high-quality medical education programs. You will collaborate with medical writers, creative designers, and project managers to bring educational initiatives to life. You will also have opportunities to get involved in our culture, social teams, and DEI groups, fostering a friendly and inclusive environment. We offer a hybrid work model with in-office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and remote work on other days, with at least three months' notice for any changes.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee medical education projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Lead and support project teams to achieve goals.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses to improve profitability.
  • Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance of educational materials.
  • Support business development through client relationship expansion and proposals.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in client services within a medical education or medcomms agency, with strong project and client management skills.
  • Financial and regulatory expertise, including budgeting and pharma regulations.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
