The Role
As an Influence Manager at our agency, you will be an essential part of our influencer proposition, covering the full range of influencer work. At Ogilvy, our influence team are trained and treated as specialists and play a critical role in contributing to the influencer strategy and creative output, recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendar, and budgets. Your strategic thinking and creativity will help develop best-inâclass ongoing influencer programs for our diverse range of clients, integrating them into the overall strategy for owned, earned, and paid channels.

We are part of the PR, Influence and Social Agency and we work in hybrid teams across clients which helps our specialists have a deep understanding of the earned media approach which benefits our creative strategy and client results.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification, vetting, negotiation and implementation to overseeing and reporting. You will work collaboratively with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and all other stakeholders â internal and external, to deliver exceptional campaigns for our clients. As part of any role in our team your responsibilities will include managing the influencer database, ensuring it is up-to-date, and staying up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers' views and attitudes.
We are looking for a selfâmotivated, actionâoriented, and ambitious individual with a positive "canâdo" attitude who really understands the landscape and the power and flexibility of influencer campaigns and activations to achieve brand objectives. You will have a keen interest in all things social and be an avid follower of relevant news and trends. You will also have experience in building consistently productive relationships and strong stakeholder management skills. In addition, you should have proven experience in integrating digital and social media into campaign activity.
Key Responsibilities
- To work with the Head of Influence and an Influence Executive to develop the client portfolio to increase their market share with the influencer strategy.
- The role involves leading the influencer plan across brands and working with the integrated Ogilvy team to support all brand activity.
- Actively contribute to the Influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets.
- Align and collaborate with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and all other stakeholders, internal and external, to deliver bestâinâclass campaigns for our clients.
- Identify and nurture clientâappropriate talent opportunities and relationships to help deliver the influencer program for clients.
- Manage the dayâtoâday running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting.
- Maintain and build successful client relationships, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and highâpressure situations.
- Present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and new and existing clients.
- Building client trust and relationships to deliver great results and continue to increase the influence portfolio of brands.
- Manage influencer posting across the year, ensuring regulations are met, brand sentiment is high and influencers are brand advocates delivering great work.
- Develop the campaigns.
General Responsibilities
