The role:
Working with an established team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing weekly & monthly sales reports
- Credit control
- Processing / posting receipts and payments as per bank statements
- Processing monthly timesheets
- Company banking (petty cash, cheques, etc.)
- Organising internal debtor meetings
- Collating monthly sales information
- Processing monthly cost adjustment journals
- Processing staff allocation, distributing to the Commercial Director and collating for board papers
- Assisting in preparing accounts for year-end audit
- Processing BAC’s payments (as required)
- Preparing monthly marketing reports
- Reconciling nominals for monthly accounts
