Ogier in Guernsey is expanding its Business Development & Marketing team with a new role to own pitch and RFP automation technology (Templafy).

You will set the vision, drive adoption and continuous improvement across the firm.

Reporting to the Senior BD&M Operations Manager, you will partner with data, technology, and content owners, design scalable processes, and embed AI to optimise outputs and win rates.
