We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our Business Development and Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role will play a critical part in embedding new digital marketing capabilities across the business, with a particular focus on the rollout and adoption of the TwentyThree video and webinar platform. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, business development, brand and IT to implement best practice, enhance existing platforms and ensure that digital tools are used effectively to support client engagement, campaigns and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Platforms & Capability Enablement
- Lead the rollout and business-wide adoption of the TwentyThree video and webinar platform, embedding best practice and new ways of working.
- Act as the central point of coordination for training, guidance and standards relating to video and webinar use.
- Digital Optimisation & Enhancement
- Oversee upgrades to existing Vuture (email marketing) templates, ensuring consistency, usability and alignment with brand and campaign requirements.
- Continue the programme of UX improvements across priority sections of the Ogier website, working with internal stakeholders and external partners as required.
- Support, and potentially extend into, the rollout of the Passle platform, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder engagement.
- Project Management & Governance
- Manage multiple digital initiatives in parallel, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope and quality standards.
- Coordinate input from marketing, BD, brand, IT and external suppliers, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
- Track progress, risks and dependencies, providing clear status updates and recommendations.
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Successful adoption and effective use of the TwentyThree platform across the business.
- Improved performance and consistency of email marketing templates.
- Delivery of agreed UX enhancements within scope and timeframe.
- Positive stakeholder feedback on delivery, clarity and effectiveness of digital tools.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Degree in Marketing, Digital, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience delivering digital marketing or MarTech projects within a professional services or complex organisational environment.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, websites and digital engagement tools.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, user-focused solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset.
