This role focuses on implementing Ogier’s brand flex principles across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability. It spans web, email, and social channels, translating brand strategy into practical digital standards. Please note: Ideally, this individual will work part‑time (3 days per week) for the duration of the FTC.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Implementation & Digital Consistency
- Lead the implementation of Ogier’s brand flex principles across core digital touchpoints, including website, email marketing, and social media.
- Translate brand guidelines into clear, practical digital standards for consistent adoption across the business.
- Act as a guardian for digital brand execution, balancing consistency with flexibility for diverse audiences, jurisdictions, and campaigns.
- Digital Templates & Asset Development
- Design, build and refine best‑in‑class templates for digital use, including web page layouts and modular components, email marketing templates, and social and digital campaign assets (where relevant).
- Ensure templates are scalable, accessible, user‑friendly, and aligned to brand and technical requirements.
- Document standards and usage guidance to support long‑term adoption.
- SaaS Platform Readiness (Templafy – Pitch & Collateral)
- Prepare the digital brand framework and template set required to support onboarding of a new pitch and collateral SaaS platform (Templafy).
- Collaborate with brand, digital marketing, BD, and IT stakeholders to ensure templates are platform‑ready and fit for purpose.
- Support testing and refinement ahead of rollout, capturing feedback and continuously improving outputs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner closely with colleagues across marketing, brand, business development, IT, and external agencies.
- Manage multiple workstreams in parallel, prioritising effectively within a part‑time working pattern.
- Provide clear progress updates, recommendations, and pragmatic solutions.
- Quality, Governance & Best Practice
- Ensure digital brand outputs meet high standards for quality, accessibility, usability, and compliance.
- Embed sustainable ways of working that reduce rework and improve efficiency across digital delivery.
- Consistent and high‑quality implementation of brand flex principles across priority digital channels.
- Delivery of a robust, scalable suite of digital templates ahead of SaaS platform onboarding.
- Positive stakeholder feedback on clarity, usability, and brand quality of digital assets.
- Readiness of digital brand standards and templates to support long‑term adoption.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital, Design, Communications or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience implementing brand or design systems within digital environments.
- Strong understanding of digital channels including websites, email marketing, and social platforms.
- Experience designing and governing templates or modular content systems.
- Ability to interpret brand strategy and translate it into practical, scalable digital solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, confidence working across disciplines.
- Highly organised, delivery‑focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
