We’re looking for an enthusiastic Cyber Security student to join our team for an internship over the summer of 2026 (June-July). If you are a confident developer who can turn ideas into functioning solutions - and are keen to get some hands‑on experience, this could be the role for you. Ogi is a leading Welsh telecoms company helping homes and businesses stay connected in an always‑on world. Our IT & Transformation team is at the heart of ensuring that systems and processes across the organisation serve our customers and help us meet our business goals. You’ll join a busy team of 10 talented professionals working across software development, project management and business process improvement. We’re looking for an enthusiastic student eager to build a career in Cyber Security.

In this role, you will play a key role in designing and developing a solution for security projects that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Cyber Security Internship role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Collaborate with the DevOps Security Engineer to design and develop a solution for a business improvement project.
  • Design and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and other automation tools and document the solution.
  • Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
  • Identify, implement, and document bug fixes that arise from solution and component testing and deployments.
