Qualified Conveyancer/Licensed Conveyancer Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Qualified Conveyancer/Licensed Conveyancer to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have solid conveyancing experience, be confident managing their own caseload, and have excellent attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is not only experienced and knowledgeable, but also has a friendly and approachable manner. Building good relationships with clients is very important to us, so excellent communication service skills are essential
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified and experienced Conveyancer/Licensed Conveyancer
- Has experience managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion
- Is organised, reliable and works well under pressure
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Has a friendly, caring and professional manner
- Communicates clearly and keeps clients informed
- Takes pride in providing an excellent service to clients
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is committed to getting the best possible outcome for clients
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload, dealing with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, and ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
