Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts

Credit Control duties

Supplier statement reconciliations

Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

Office management including placing orders for office and customers

Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance.

Assist with other ad hoc duties as required

Previous experience in finance administration or a related field. (Minimum 2 year)

Proficiency in using Excel (Essential)

Proficiency in using Mintsoft software and tools. (Preferred)

Experience in using a ticket system (Preferred)
