About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy team in Keighley. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role that includes regular lifting and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Using printed picklists or handheld terminals
- Lifting, moving, loading, and unloading items
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
What We’re Looking For
Essential:- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Confidence using handheld scanners and completing basic computer tasks
- Strong attention to detail – accuracy matters
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving stock
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or the supply chain sector
- Familiarity with manual picking processes
