We are looking for an Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Aberdeen on a permanent basis.
With a primary focus on the Mining industry, you will support our existing clients on a range of large-scale, international projects. You will also have the opportunity to support recruitment activity across our established Oil & Gas and wider Energy sectors.
This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying and engaging talented individuals, and delivering a high-quality service to both clients and candidates. Your role will include recruitment activity across a range of roles and projects, working closely with clients, candidates and colleagues throughout the recruitment process.
You will also work closely with our international teams, including supporting recruitment activity in the US and other regions as required. This is an opportunity to work on genuinely international projects while being part of a collaborative and supportive local team. Given the international nature of the role, there may be an opportunity to travel.
We are keen to hear from recruitment professionals with:
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or a similar recruitment delivery role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- An organised, professional and dependable approach.
- Experience working across international markets or supporting teams in different regions would also be beneficial.
