Main Purchasing Duties (Building Materials & Maintenance)

  • Sourcing new suppliers, sending inquiries and obtaining quotes from various supplier/subcontractors
  • Evaluate competing quotes and negotiate with supplier for best prices
  • Generate purchase order / delivery instruction
  • Co‑ordinate with supplier / site supervisor for delivery
  • Servicing contracts and replacement or repair of machines relating to commercial buildings
  • Maintaining contracts & coordination with outsourced security and cleaning agencies

Office & Event Support

  • Make sure meeting rooms are tidy, set up, and ready with everything needed before a meeting starts.
  • Purchase of office & pantry supplies
  • Source miscellaneous items ranging from office pantry staples to items for ad‑hoc events
  • Help with other simple office or admin tasks when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administration or procurement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced in navigating digital marketplaces like Shopee and Taobao for ad‑hoc sourcing
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
