Job Responsibilities
- Inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services and equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems, including: plumbing, electrical, aircon, painting, general handy work repairs.
- Attend to building maintenance requests/feedback from management and tenants
- Supervise contractors to ensure work is done in accordance to specifications
- Report on any maintenance issues
- Adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Management or equivalent
- Good knowledge of maintenance processes and methods
- Basic understanding of M&E systems
- Two yearsβ experience in related fields
