- Build strong relationships with any potential partner within the UK & EU markets.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to build a network of partners.
- Prepare partnership proposals that exceed the expectations of each potential alliance partner as well as fit our own hurdles for an expected return on investment.
- Work closely with the assigned partnership Account Manager to ensure that all partners are well‑positioned for future success.
- Communicate the technical details of our payments platform in a correct, simple and effective manner.
- Ensure that all sales & promotional activities are consistent with the regulatory obligations of the company.
- Take initiative to assist and collaborate with other team members for team performance and completion of tasks.
- Ensure a timely, clear and well‑documented handover of each client from Partnership Sales to Account Management.
- Partner revenue and speed to activation will be key performance metrics in this role.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement ethos of the EMEA team.
Qualifications
- Commercially astute, you can see the big picture and can sell it to potential partners.
- You are comfortable building business cases and asking the right discovery questions to evaluate a good fit all around.
- You are natural at building relationships. People work with you because they trust you and because you deliver to promise.
- An individual sales target motivates you to bring the team forward with you.
- A proven background in achieving sales targets and meeting clearly defined KPI's.
- University/college degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in FX, payments, financial services or technology sales.
