OFX is looking for a motivated, commercially minded sales professional to convert inbound enquiries into active, revenue-generating clients. You’ll own the journey from first contact to activation, driving early conversations, understanding client needs, and showcasing the OFX value proposition. Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll manage momentum and expectations, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from registration to first transaction. Pace, ownership, and strong commercial judgement are key to success in this role.
What you will do:
- Proactively contact and qualify inbound registrations and warm leads
- Lead sales-focused discovery conversations to understand client needs, use cases, and commercial fit
- Clearly articulate OFX’s value proposition, products, and platform capabilities in a client-relevant way
- Own the sales journey from first contact through to activation, maintaining momentum throughout
- Confidently handle objections and questions, including around onboarding and compliance
- Guide clients through onboarding requirements, positioning compliance as an enabler rather than a blocker
- Deliver and support product demos as part of the sales process
- Prioritise and manage open opportunities to maximise conversion
- Work closely with onboarding and due diligence teams to move clients to “clear to transact”
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting information in Salesforce
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of OFX products, solutions, and best practices.
What success looks like:
- Consistent conversion of inbound demand into active OFX clients
- Strong ownership of early-stage client relationships
- Clear, confident articulation of the OFX value proposition
- Effective management of onboarding momentum and client expectations
- Progress toward and achievement of individual conversion targets
Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales, commercial, or customer-facing role (B2B experience beneficial but not essential)
- A strong interest in sales and commercial outcomes, with a desire to develop in a performance-driven environment
- Confidence engaging clients over phone and video
- A consultative approach, with the ability to ask good questions and listen effectively
- Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple opportunities at once
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using systems and tools such as CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- A professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
