If you're passionate about using social media to inform, engage, and build trust with diverse audiences and you're confident leading content creation in a fast-paced environment, then we’d love to hear from you.\\n\\nYou’ll play a key role in our Digital and Design team, working closely with colleagues across the communications function to ensure our social media presence is timely, creates impact and is responsive.\\n\\nThis role reports to the Head of Digital and Design Communications and offers the opportunity to make a real difference in how Ofwat connects with our audiences.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nBelow are some of the key essential experience, skills & knowledge required for this post:\\n\\n 1. Lead criterion 1: Extensive experience in a senior social media or digital content role, ideally involving high-impact or visible communications.\\n\\n 2.
Lead criterion 2: Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored for different platforms (such as X, LinkedIn and Instagram).\\n\\n 3. Experience using social media management tools to plan, schedule and monitor posts.\\n\\n 4. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive content design.\\n\\n 5.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance, measure engagement and inform strategy.\\n\\n 6. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms and best practices.\\n\\n 7. Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear reporting for stakeholders.\\n\\n 8.
