Requisitos
- Egresado o Bachiller en Comunicaciones, Marketing o afines.
- Conocimiento de procesos de Cultura & Clima Laboral, Capacitación y Comunicaciones.
- Contar con experiencia no menor de seis (06) meses, en entidades privadas o públicas, en cargos como Asistente de Recursos Humanos, Asistente de Cultura & Clima, Asistente de Comunicación Interna o Asistente de Capacitación.
- Manejar programas de diseño y edición de video (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
- Conocimientos en la plataforma BUK.
- Dominio de Excel a nivel intermedio.
Funciones
- Planificar y ejecutar el desarrollo del programa de inducción, capacitación y entrenamiento de los nuevos ingresos.
- Asistencia en la planificación y ejecución de procesos de evaluación del desempeño, recopilando datos necesarios para proceder con la renovación de contratos.
- Apoyar en la detección de necesidades de capacitación (DNC) mediante encuestas, entrevistas y análisis de datos.
- Realizar seguimiento administrativo de la capacitación: control de asistencia, certificados, evaluación de satisfacción, etc.
- Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento del programa anual de capacitaciones del personal de nuestra Aula OM de la plataforma BUK.
- Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de actividades que promuevan el bienestar laboral, integración y sentido de pertenencia.
- Apoyar en la aplicación de encuestas de clima, focus group u otras herramientas de medición.
- Ejecutar el Plan de Comunicaciones de OftalmoMedic.
- Gestión de los canales de comunicación.
- Producción y diseño en gráficas y videos para potenciar las campañas internas.
- Apoyo en Campañas Internas y coordinación de eventos internos (aniversarios, celebraciones, reconocimientos, entre otros).
- Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al “viaje del curador”.
- Otras tareas asignadas por su Jefe Inmediato.
