Requisitos
- Bachiller o Licenciado en Psicología.
- Contar con experiencia de 2 a 3 años como Analista de Selección y/o Capacitación.
- Experiencia manejando la plataforma BUK.
- Manejo de Office Intermedio - Avanzado (Word, Excel y Power Point).
- Experiencia en el sector salud (deseable).
- Disponibilidad para laborar en nuestra red de clínicas (Los Olivos, Centro de Lima y Lince).
Funciones
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos administrativos de personal (contrataciones, renovaciones, ceses, vacaciones, control de asistencia, entre otros).
- Coordinar y revisar la correcta elaboración de contratos, adendas y documentación laboral del personal.
- Asegurar la actualización y confidencialidad de los legajos físicos y digitales de los colaboradores.
- Gestionar los procesos de reclutamiento, selección e inducción del personal, garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
- Monitorear indicadores de gestión del área (rotación, ausentismo, ingreso y salida de personal) y proponer planes de mejora.
- Monitorear y seguimiento de las vacaciones del personal.
- Responsable de elaboración, ejecución y documentación del plan de capacitaciones.
- Responsable del desarrollo del plan de aprendizaje y desarrollo.
- Manejar las capacitaciones necesarias para el desarrollo de los colaboradores.
- Manejar conceptos comunicacionales para las diferentes campañas, eventos y comunicaciones de los proyectos de las áreas de soporte y core del negocio.
- Generar de alianzas institucionales para capacitación de colaboradores, así como convenios formativos con instituciones educativas para programas de prácticas, residentados, etc.
- Otras tareas asignadas por su Jefe Inmediato.
