Location: Piccadilly Gate, Manchester Job Summary As a Senior HR Officer, Payroll, you will be responsible for ensuring that all team functions are delivered efficiently and in accordance with procedures, priorities, and deadlines. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards and achieving performance targets. A central aspect of this role is managing the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies and regulations. The Apprenticeship You will undertake a fully funded Level 5 Payroll Assistant Manager apprenticeship over 24 months. This will enhance your skills and knowledge for a wide range of duties. Regular tutor sessions (every 6-8 weeks) will help you apply learning to real workplace scenarios, building a portfolio of tools and techniques. You will spend at least 20% of your working time (one day a week) on off-the-job learning, with support from a dedicated tutor.
