The predicted salary is between 10000 - 10000 £ per year.
Salary: £68,635 (National), £72,104 (London) per annum. Rising to £69,322 (National), £72,791 (London) per annum on successful completion of probation. We may offer a non-contractual labour market supplement of up to £10,000 per annum, subject to your skills, experience and suitability for the post probation salary level.

We are recruiting for a Lead Developer (Appian) to join our Digital Change team. You will act as the senior technical authority, setting engineering standards and ensuring secure, high-quality, and maintainable delivery.
In this role you will do:
- Lead technical direction and improve ways of working
- Apply deep Appian expertise and broad technical skills
- Recommend the right technologies and approaches
- Support and contribute to the wider developer community
- Mentor and coach developers across the team
- Drive best practice and promote knowledge sharing
