As an Agile Delivery Manager , you’ll be the glue between product, engineering, and stakeholders – ensuring that scrum teams are empowered, requirements are razor-sharp, and delivery flows smoothly.

Quality Requirements
Delivery Management
Remove blockers for scrum teams
Maintain delivery roadmaps and report on key metrics
Ensure teams meet delivery commitments and drive improvements
Agile & Lean Practices
Lead agile ceremonies for critical initiatives
Coach teams on agile principles
1+ year in an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager role (FinTech/start-up ideal)
~ Deep understanding of agile methodologies and how to make them work in real life
~ Track record of unblocking teams and driving delivery
~ A self-starter with a delivery mindset
Obsessed with quality, structure, and detail
