The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

About you

You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in credit control or experience working within an accounts team.

  • In addition, you will also be able to demonstrate skills in the following:
  • Communication
  • you are capable of engaging effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confidence
  • the role involves regular telephone communication, including speaking with senior stakeholders such as directors.
  • Resilience and professionalism
  • you are able to manage challenging conversations or situations and build positive working relationships.
  • Technical skills
  • you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Self‑motivation
  • you are able to manage your own workload and take initiative where required.

Responsibilities

  • Credit control across all OFR offices.
  • Communicate via phone and email to chase outstanding payments.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Responsible for overseeing the debtors across all offices.
  • Assist with any other finance tasks as and when required.
  • Run weekly debtor's sheet.
  • Monitor aged debt and update Senior Credit Controller/Accounts Team Leader/Finance Director as and when required.
