OFP Timber Frame is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong construction estimating knowledge who enjoys working closely with project and contracts teams. The position offers a mix of office-based and hybrid working, with locations in Sandwich, Kent and Kings Hill, Kent.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enquiry reviews, detailed take-offs, and the preparation of estimates ready for submission, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong communication throughout the process.
Key Requirements- High-level estimating skills
- Proven knowledge of construction estimating (timber frame experience preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing sales handovers
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and other project management tools
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting tender submissions
