- Lead a Global Supply Chain Transformation
- We’re looking for an experienced
Global Dairy Supply Chain Lead to build and lead a world-class end-to-end operating model across APAC, Europe and the Americas.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead the global dairy supply chain operating model across multiple regions.
- Drive performance against key KPIs including OTIF, inventory optimization, and cost-to-serve.
- Establish governance, operating rhythms, and service standards across regional teams.
- Oversee planning, allocation, fulfilment, export documentation, logistics, warehousing, and settlement processes.
- Identify and implement productivity, automation, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Partner with digital and technology teams to enhance workflows, data quality, and operational visibility.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, and external logistics partners
- What You’ll Bring
- 15+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or trade execution.
- Strong end-to-end supply chain expertise, ideally within dairy, food ingredients, commodities, or FMCG environments.
- Experience managing complex, multi-region operations.
- Solid understanding of SAP supply chain and logistics processes.
- Proven track record of delivering improvements in customer service, inventory, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
