The predicted salary is between 30000 - 48000 £ per year.
You’ll be organised and meticulous in your problem solving, comfortable managing a varied workload and committed to continually driving improvement. With excellent, well-rounded communication skills, your numerical, research and analysis experience will combine with strong attention to detail. This will drive effectiveness co-ordinating a team and building relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Person specification Essential Criteria Proven ability to manage and deliver operational processes to KPIs, balancing resources to meet priorities and explaining delivery issues to senior management (Lead) Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail Proven expertise in building relationships with stakeholders to find robust solutions to issues raised by stakeholders. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, being able to manage your workload. Experience in people management including coaching people on personal development or line management.
