Ofgem, across its UK offices in Cardiff, Glasgow or London, is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join the Digital, Data and Security Services directorate.
The role is 60% hybrid with on-site support three days a week and a 1-year fixed-term contract.
You will provide expert 1st/2nd line IT support for AD/Exchange/Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, mentor colleagues and ensure operational readiness for new services while delivering excellent customer service.
