The role will allow you to influence both operational delivery and long-term strategic direction, while helping colleagues and leadership better understand the opportunities digitalisation can unlock across the sector.

We’re looking for someone with significant experience in digitalisation, digital transformation or technical architecture, alongside the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic solutions. You’ll bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in an advisory role, working on multi‑organisation complex projects.

In return, you’ll be part of an inclusive and high‑performing environment that values innovation, expertise and impact. You’ll work closely with government, regulators, industry and digital specialists, contributing to nationally significant work while operating within a collaborative culture that encourages fresh thinking and strategic influence.
