Ofgem is seeking a strategic Head of Directorate Enablement to shape governance, reporting and operational frameworks across the DDSS directorate. You will work with senior leaders to provide robust performance insight, drive decision quality and align resources to strategic priorities.
You will lead governance design, secretariat support to the SLT and Boards, and embedding best practice in line with government standards.
