The Tower School, Epping, is recruiting an Inclusion Assistant to support students with attendance, engagement and wellbeing. Working with families and external professionals, you will provide mentoring, interventions and restorative support to help learners overcome barriers and thrive in school.
This fixed-term role runs until August 27, 2027, starting November 2026, with 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri). Salary is £22,160.62 per annum, not pro rata.
