Outcomes First Group’s Baston House school seeks a Speech and Language Therapist to join a multidisciplinary clinical team, embedding SLT approaches at whole-school level through assessment, observation, consultation, training and joint interventions.
You will support pupils with developmental trauma, SEMH, or neurodivergence, working under supervision and contributing to CPD and research projects. A £2,000 training allowance and relocation/ welcome package are provided.
