Working closely with education, safeguarding and therapy teams, you'll ensure every student benefits from engaging learning experiences that promote wellbeing, positive choices, personal development and successful futures.

Please note this role is required between both 3 Dimensions sites at TA20 3AJ & TA20 1PB.

  • Championing wellbeing, inclusion, respect and positive relationships across the school

What you will bring

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping young people develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need for life beyond school.

  • Experience teaching PSHE, RSHE or Personal Development
  • Experience working with children and young people with SEND

  • Experience leading a curriculum area or driving educational improvement
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
