Role Description

The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfill the client's needs by matching clients with open positions in the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.

Responsibilities

  • Screen candidates via telephone.
  • Identify skills and match to job openings.
  • Post job advertisements on the Job Boards.
  • Contact potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter InMail.
  • Develop, update, and maintain a network of candidates.
  • Listen to the Recruiter’s needs and actively search Job Boards for suitable candidates.
  • Use marketing techniques to attract candidates.
  • Engage clients regarding job roles.
  • Ensure all candidates have required certificates for each job.
  • Maintain company database.
