Offshore Legal has been instructed by a major client to source a top tier trust/private client associate for their Cayman office.

The role will be varied, primarily advising professional trustees on all aspects of trusts, beneficiary rights, family type trusts and investment vehicle trust structures, trust formation issues as well as constructive trust situations.

Previous direct offshore experience would be a plus but is not necessarily required. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the trust practice of a leading offshore firm at a time of continued growth and opportunity.
