Overview
Offshore Legal has now been asked to source a senior commercial litigation associate for this well known firm in the BVI. The team predominantly handles high profile cross border cases, which are mostly disputes relating to offshore structures, corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency, trusts, funds, shareholders disputes and asset tracing.

Compensation and Location
The package on offer will be paid commensurate with experience and income tax (paid by the employee) in the BVI is just 8%.
