Our client is a major offshore firm with an unrivalled reputation in the funds industry. As a new member of the 90+ person funds team, you will be advising an already established client base on portfolio acquisitions, private equity deals, fund formations, credit facilities and acquisitions.
The firm facilitates all manner of funds including hedge, multi-manager, private equity, mutual and emerging markets.
Responsibilities- Provide advisory services to an existing client base on portfolio acquisitions, private equity deals, fund formations, credit facilities and acquisitions.
- Support the funds team on deal execution, compliance, and client relationship management.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the corporate and funds practice to deliver integrated solutions.
- 5-7 years post-qualified experience.
- Strong academics.
- Experience with funds and private equity work; candidates with funds specialist background or top-tier corporate associates with significant exposure to funds/PE work are preferred.
