A leading offshore firm is seeking a junior/mid-level associate for their banking and finance practice in Jersey. The team has an international reputation for handling some of the most complex offshore transactions in this area, covering a full range of services, including:
- Structured finance
- Asset finance
- Debt & equity capital raisings
- CDOs and CLOs
- Securitisation
- Project finance
- Derivatives
- Securities regulation
- Convertible bonds
- Real estate finance
- Repackagings
- A broad spectrum of general banking work
Associates from recognised firms in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa are preferred for this role. Sponsorship is available for top tier international candidates who do not have a right to work in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to forge a long-term career with a premier offshore firm.
