An opportunity exists for a junior/mid-level associate to join the corporate/funds team of this major offshore firm in Jersey. The practice has particular expertise in cross border M&A, JV’s, reorganizations, corporate finance, public offerings, listings, amalgamations, private equity and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work.
Requirements
The firm has asked us to source candidates with between 2-5 years post-qualified experience from London, Dublin, Australia, NZ and top UK regional firms.
Location and Work Environment
