The

Senior Digital Campaigns Adviser will lead and develop OEUK's digital presence across websites, social media channels and digital platforms.

The role is responsible for delivering impactful digital campaigns, enhancing user experience, improving audience engagement and ensuring OEUK remains at the forefront of digital communications and innovation.

Working closely with colleagues across Corporate Affairs and the wider business, you will use data, insight and emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to strengthen OEUK's digital performance, support organisational objectives and enhance member value.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking, creativity and technical expertise to deliver measurable results.

Lead the development, optimisation and performance of OEUK's websites and digital platforms, ensuring an engaging user experience, strong accessibility standards and alignment with organisational goals.

Plan and deliver digital and social media campaigns that support OEUK's policy, membership, events and corporate objectives.

Manage content planning, audience engagement, paid social activity and campaign performance analysis.

Create, publish and maintain high-quality digital content across websites and social channels, ensuring messaging is accurate, engaging and aligned with OEUK's brand and strategic priorities.

Monitor and evaluate digital performance using analytics and audience insight.

Use data to inform decision-making, improve outcomes and identify opportunities to adopt new technologies, including AI-powered tools and solutions.

Build effective relationships with internal teams, member companies, agencies and suppliers.

Provide digital expertise, coordinate external partners and ensure digital activity supports wider organisational objectives.

Work closely with colleagues across OEUK to identify opportunities to enhance digital engagement, improve processes, increase efficiency and deliver greater value for members and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing websites, digital platforms and online campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems, ideally Word Press.
  • Experience delivering successful social media and paid digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and performance measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of website usability, accessibility and user experience principles.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and digital integrations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Confidence managing external agencies, suppliers and technical partners.
  • An interest in emerging digital technologies, AI tools and digital innovation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

This is a full-time role working 9am –5pm, Monday to Friday in an office environment.
