About the Role

We are looking for a Business Adviser – Health, Safety & Security to join our Energy Operations team at Offshore Energies UK (OEUK). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping health, safety and security priorities across the UK energy industry. You will support the development of industry guidance, influence policy positions, and work closely with members, regulators and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners, you will help ensure OEUK remains a trusted voice in delivering insight, leadership and solutions for the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate industry forums and working groups
  • Support policy development and consultation responses
  • Manage and analyse HSS data and insights
  • Contribute to industry reporting and research
  • Engage with stakeholders across the energy sector
  • Support events and crisis response activity
  • Key Account Management

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge & experience

  • Experience (or developing experience) in health, safety or security, with awareness of the UK regulatory environment
  • Understanding of the energy sector and key stakeholders (or willingness to develop this knowledge)

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs

Working Pattern

This is a full-time role working 09:00am – 17:00pm, Monday to Friday in an office environment.
