Award winning Offshore Bar & Restaurant is a busy waterside bar & restaurant serving up freshly cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & drinks using local seasonal produce wherever possible.
We are looking for a talented, hard working CDP-junior sous chef level individual to join our head chef & hard working team. We work with fresh local ingredients and have a passion for locally landed & caught seafood.
The position is full time and permanent, hourly paid with a potential salaried option available for the right candidate. We are located in the heart of Torquay harbour.
Applicants should already have experience in a similar role or CDP/Junior Sous looking to step up, work well under pressure with a good sense of team leadership. Note: you will have Christmas Day off and be expected to work 5 days out of 7.
