We’re hiring a Senior Unity Developer. Join Offroad Games, a fresh, London-based game studio founded by ex-Space Apes in 2025. We’re running two live games, Chrome Valley Customs and Fastlane, and tackle exciting technical challenges with a ship fast, improve constantly mindset.
You’ll work closely with the team, contributing directly to features and systems that players experience every day. This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership, working alongside our experienced team on live features, gameplay systems, and technical improvements that directly impact players. We value collaboration, clear thinking, and developers who enjoy shaping what they build.
If you enjoy moving quickly, building things players can truly feel, and having a real say in what you ship, you’ll feel at home here.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of client development experience in Unity 3D.
- Strong technical knowledge of C#.
- Worked on at least one launched mobile title.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the fast-moving wider team.
- Be a flexible game developer and be ready to give feedback and suggestions on anything we create.
- Have the drive to make fun and engaging game mechanics with great feedback.
