Offroad Games is looking for a motivated and creative Content Game Design Intern to join our London-based team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about game design, with a strong interest in content creation, level design, and narrative. You’ll contribute to the ongoing development of our flagship mobile title, Chrome Valley Customs.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• A strong interest in games, particularly free-to-play mobile titles
• A background in game design, narrative design, or game development
• Curiosity and willingness to work across various areas such as LiveOps, level design and narrative
• A portfolio showcasing any relevant game design work is highly encouraged
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Unity, Google Sheets, Miro, or equivalent tools
• Interest in using generative AI tools to support creative workflows
• Fluency in a second language is a plus (for localization support)

🧩 What You’ll Be Working On:

• Designing and implementing live events, levels, and narrative-driven content
• Playtesting new content, identifying polish issues, and suggesting improvements
• Collaborating with other designers, artists, and developers to ensure content meets gameplay and quality expectations
• Helping maintain internal documentation and supporting the content release pipeline
• Supporting the localization process across multiple languages
• Participating in brainstorms and contributing creative ideas to improve or create new game systems
• Reviewing and analysing game data and player feedback to iterate on content
