Since 2021, Officine Universelle Buly has been part of the LVMH group, radiating French beauty excellence worldwide through its numerous boutiques, notably in France, Japan, and South Korea. Within the Retail department and under the supervision of the Europe Retail Manager, you will serve as Store Manager at Officine Universelle Buly. You will personify this vision of quintessential French beauty to a discerning and international clientele.

Missions

  • Team Management and Leadership
    • Manage and motivate teams on a daily basis
    • Conduct team training and support skill development
    • Ensure excellence in customer service and adherence to sales processes and rituals (calligraphy, personalization, etc.)
    • Create schedules and ensure smooth daily operations of the boutiques; manage unexpected issues and make staffing decisions (replacements, etc.) in coordination with higher management and other retail managers
    • Participate in the hiring process for boutique sales teams
  • Sales Performance
    • Drive business development and engage teams towards achieving objectives (both qualitative and quantitative)
    • Propose and implement actions to grow and retain clientele (email, WhatsApp, etc.); propose and coordinate new revenue streams for the retail locations (hotels, corporations, personal shoppers, etc.)
    • Oversee clienteling initiatives (collecting names...)
    • Conduct sales ensuring transactions are completed successfully by all team members within the boutique
    • Promote the visibility of the retail locations and represent them among third parties (welcoming visits from journalists, etc.)
    • Identify areas of improvement and make suggestions to enhance commercial performance of the boutiques and customer experience
  • Operational Management
    • Ensure proper organization of the retail space respecting schedules and planned arrangements
    • Guarantee efficient stock management and order placement necessary for business activities (avoid stockouts or overstocking; coordinate product launches)
    • Supervise administrative and financial management of retail locations (cash registers, reporting, inventories, etc.) in collaboration with Financial Management
    • Maintain compliance with commercial guidelines and directives
    • Uphold impeccable maintenance standards for retail spaces: cleaning, repairs as needed, general upkeep
  • Coordination with headquarters
    • Promote coordination with headquarters ensuring your team is well-informed
    • Facilitate communication between teams at headquarters
    • Provide periodic reporting on retail activities to superiors
