Just pure, brilliant golf with something massive on the line.

We're live, we're scaling fast, and we need someone to own the technical rollout across the UK. If you've got a background in field installations — whether that's CCTV, solar, telecoms, AV, or similar — and you know how to build systems, manage contractors, and keep things running smoothly across dozens of sites, this is your chance to get in on the ground floor of something big.

The Role

  • Site Assessment & Planning
    • Conduct desktop and on-site surveys of partner golf clubs to assess installation requirements
    • Determine optimal camera positioning for line of sight to the tee and green
    • Assess ground conditions, power availability, and mounting requirements
    • Produce installation plans and specifications for each site
    • Schedule and coordinate installations at pace — expect multiple per week
  • Installation Management
    • Build and manage a nationwide network of outsourced installation contractors
    • Vet, onboard, and quality-control third-party installers across UK regions
    • Develop standardised installation procedures, checklists, and sign-off processes
    • Oversee installations remotely and on-site to ensure consistent quality
    • Coordinate with partner clubs to minimise disruption during installation
  • Supply Chain & Procurement
    • Manage relationships with our camera and equipment manufacturing partner
    • Handle equipment ordering, stock management, and logistics
    • Negotiate best pricing and control installation costs against budget
    • Work with the manufacturer's technical team to resolve hardware issues
    • Evaluate and source ancillary equipment and materials
  • Ongoing Operations & Maintenance
    • Own the maintenance and support process for all installed systems
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs or replacements
    • Monitor system uptime and performance across the estate
    • Develop preventive maintenance schedules as the network grows
    • Build documentation, knowledge base, and training materials for contractors and club staff
  • Budget & Reporting
    • Manage the installations and maintenance budget
    • Track costs per installation and identify efficiencies as we scale
    • Report on rollout progress, system performance, and contractor quality to the leadership team

About You

  • Proven experience managing field installations — CCTV, solar, telecoms, AV, or similar technical systems
  • You've built or managed networks of outsourced contractors or field engineers
  • Strong on procurement — supplier negotiation, cost control, stock management
  • Comfortable with desktop and on-site surveys, producing plans and specifications
  • Organised, process-driven, and able to juggle multiple live projects at once
  • Happy on the road — regular travel to sites across the UK
  • Full UK driving licence (pool car provided for site visits)
  • You're a self-starter who thrives when building something from scratch
  • Bonus points if you've worked in golf, leisure, or outdoor installations, or have experience with solar-powered or remote camera systems.

  • £35,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
  • Equity opportunity for the right person
  • Pool car for site visits, all tools and equipment provided
  • Ground-floor role in a fast-scaling business
  • Work directly with the founders — real input, real ownership
