Work across multiple OfficeMax customer sites restocking supplies. Meet our business clients at their place of business! No weekend work - Monday to Fridays only. Roughly 8-10 hours per week.
About The Role
Helping workplaces to operate with more ease is our goal. Working across the city, you will provide a range of on-site customer services such as managing stock levels, ordering replacement supplies, and acting as the on-site point of contact for customers.
To be considered for this role, you do need a full, clean driver's license and to be able to lift 25kg (think boxes of paper and bags of coffee beans) and have strong verbal and written communication skills. There are roughly 8-10 hours of work each week to support some of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering stationery, paper, milk, and café consumables
- Replenishing stationery cupboards and café consumables
- Distributing paper and milk to multiple floors/locations
- Cleaning coffee machines
- Responding to customer queries
