Distribution Centre based in Rolleston, car parking onsite. Shift hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 2 roles available.
About The Role
Based in our Rolleston Distribution Centre, we are looking for two experienced forklift drivers with their reach or counterbalance licence, who are focused on teamwork and delivery. Most of the time you will be driving using our electric fleet – no more changing diesel bottles. Work in an environment with less dust and dirt! But there will also be times where you may be required to pick. It’s all about supporting the team and the operational needs for the day.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the distribution centre, handling picking, loading, and movement of goods;
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment while coordinating with the team.
Qualifications
- Forklift driving experience – reach or counterbalance licences
- Experience working in a busy distribution centre
- Professional attitude – taking pride in how you work
- Clear communication skills – written and verbal
- Confident in abilities to use and learn computers (using our inventory system, Pronto)
- Adaptable and able to work on the fly
- A strong teamwork focus
- Excellent understanding of Health, Safety & Wellbeing processes
