Role Purpose: To lead the marketing function, delivering creative, cohesive, and impactful marketing across all channels. The gatekeeper of the SOHO Coffee brand, shaping and evolving it to create memorable experiences for our customers across every touchpoint, whilst ensuring all departments stay true to the brand identity. Use data and insights to commercially drive campaigns and marketing initiatives that connect with our audience, strengthen the brand, and drive business growth.
The Marketing Manager leads and develops the marketing function with the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and therefore growing sales. This role oversees multi-channel campaigns, manages key marketing projects, and collaborates closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and effective market penetration.
- Brand & Creative: Gatekeeper for the SOHO brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Guide creative direction and develop creative briefs for campaigns and content. Accountable for content creation on websites, POS, socials, and other marketing materials. Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring deliverables align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and timelines.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and develop a high performing marketing team.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop overall marketing plan and campaign strategy. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform strategy. Monitor and evaluate marketing performance and optimise initiatives accordingly.
- Campaign & Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across all channels. Oversee projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand standards. Contribute to product development with marketing insights and customer feedback.
- Loyalty & Charity Programs: Own and manage the loyalty program, ensuring it drives customer engagement and retention.
- Analysis & Budget: Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for senior leadership on marketing matters. Collaborate with operations, product, finance, and other functions to align marketing with overall business strategy.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within a restaurant group, retail or foodservice environment.
- Customer experience knowledge.
- Crisis management and brand reputation handling.
- Experience managing multi-site operations and distributor relationships.

- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
