What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate a team of qualified and apprentice Service technicians, supporting them with on‑the‑job advice and guidance.
- Coordinate jobs and manage the work plan, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
- Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on agricultural machinery (tractors, combines, foragers and more).
- Provide in‑field breakdown support and customer service.
- Pre‑assemble new machinery to support sales success.
What You’ll Bring
- Certified heavy diesel mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Experience supporting, mentoring or training mechanics/technicians, with an enjoyment for helping others develop and grow.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
